Very low compression on all cylinders after doing valves on head on b16a2 engine.

Hey guys, pretty new to this site. Just wonder if someone can help me with ideas. Ok, so I brought this civic with no compression in 3 and 4 cylinder. Number had valve had little piece gone on corner of valve, number 4 had bent valve on exhaust too. Number 1 &2 had 180 psi. I replace valves, new head gasket, timing belt, tensioner and water pump. Torque it down to 20 then 62 ft/lbs, did all the good stuff to timing it and valve clearance. Clyinder 1- 80, 2- 50, 3-40, 4-50. So I thought head is done. So found new head with spin rod bearing, took head off and throw it on this and it doing the same thing. Low compression on all clyinders. Any ideas that I'm missing something, maybe timing would case this? Just wonder if anyone else had this problem? Maybe it had spun bearing?

Did you have a machine shop do the valves or was this done in your backyard?
