They can't warranty it because they do not know your driving style since everyone's is different.
But you should've known by the brand that the product won't be good..they even put it in all caps just so you know to not buy from them (OBX)

Don't go cheap. I have only two OBX parts in my car, one resonator and a dual gauge pod cluster bezel.

Even still, like everyone else has said, OBX is garbage.
