What is the BEST oil to put in my 07 Civic Si? And should I keep my tranny fluid or should I change it for something better?

Amsoil or Mobil1 or Royal Purple Full synthetic. Anything else is not as good. research.
Keep OEM transmission fluid, just change them more often. Anything else, might cause more wear or damage in your trans.

Royal Purple is what I use.
I'll be switching to Amsoil MTF in a few weeks...seems to have solved a lot of people's 3rd gear issues.

i'm a fanboy and i use Q torque power or horsepower because i think the name is funny,
i used mobil 1 in the civic and i'll probably use redline or RP with my swap...
its oil, changing it on a regular basis is far more important that WHAT you put in it. conventional dino oil will lubricate just fine, it just breaks down MUCH faster than synthetic oil.
