What is this lip? For civic 99-00

Can anyone help tell me what lip is this ?

It is a Honda Fit front lip from the first generation Honda Fit (Jazz). It has to be massaged onto the front bumper to properly fit flush, but it will work nonetheless

you can find em on ebay, amazon, etc, they are very easy to find
