Whats Blowing out my distributor

I have a single dual cam vtec and my distributor keeps getting burned for some reason idk. It started with the check engine light which says I have a misfired and that one cylinder it's not working right. What should it be?

What do you mean it's getting burned? The coil is burning out? If the same cylinder is misfiring then you need to check the cap, plugs or wires.
