widest tires for an 1990 civic dx without modifications?

so I am looking for the widest tires i can get without having to do any modifications, such as flaring fender or getting different rims. I will still be using the stock rims, and my car is lowered on some universal coilovers from the guy i bought it from had on there. Don't know how wide I can go without rubbing. I am currently on 175/70/R13.

Also looking for the cheapest. As money is really tight because i'm a college student. And I need tires ASAP. The wires are showing on the inside of the tires. If I can't go wider with a real cheap price then i guess I will have to go with stock tires. Please help. I searched with no luck

You would really be best off finding a cheap set of 15s and putting some 205/50/15s on it.

I have 205/50r15s on stock acura alloys in my lowered 89 civic. I get the tiniest bit of rub on the inner fender wells at full turn, which I think would go away if I went a series or two lower in profile. The grip with tires this wide is amazing!
