Will 19" x 8" Wheels fit on a 2014 Honda Civic Sedan without rubbing?

I am considering purchasing some custom wheels for my Civic and wanted to know if anyone has this information, again the question is: Will 19" x 8" Wheels fit on a 2014 Honda Civic Sedan without rubbing?
Also which wheel company's have highest quality wheels for the most fair price. I appreciate your insight. Edward Lawrence
