Here is my problem, I swapped a 1999 CX D16Y7 for a 2000 EX D16Y8 VTEC with an EX wire harness and ECU. The Problem is with the Oxygen Sensor and secondary Oxygen Sensor. There isn't four wire plugs on the EX harness for them. What can I do?
I do have the wires and plugs from the CX harness. The idle air control valve from the 1999 was used on the 2000 EX.

Post clear pictures of the connectors and their wires. Both engines use 4-wire O2 sensors.

Thats because the secondary o2 has its own harness connected to the cabin harness
But i havent a clue why you say the primary isnt there... Are you sure?
