have an ef2 type hatchback DX. have checked fuel system per service manual, fuel pump relay and fuel pump test good, all getting power. there is no fuel at the filter. the fuel lines look good from the tank to the filter. should the relay be replaced or the pump? starter good, pump primes when power applied as per manual.
