I think that your steering wheel locks. I had a problem like that when i got my 95 civic i would have to turn the wheel a little to start the car.come to find out u can lock the steering whe i think u might be just locking the steering wheel

update Did the seafoam today pour half into the vacuum line and half into the gas tank and got little to no smoke what does that mean

How do u guys fill about seafoam. I been thinking of doing this on my car for a while which has 182,xxx miles on it. Will i see a difference in the car after i do this.

i had the same problem in my 99 civic with my cooling fans not coming on but they worked. i replaced the radiator fan switch that sit on the thermostat housing and they started working again

yea besides it an automatic that why i didnt want to do any thing to over the top. an please dont clown me for wanting to do a swap on this lol. this is just to hold me over until i get my hatch
