I just recently replaced my old stock speakers (6.5s & 6.9s) with new pioneer ones, along with a small 4ch amp to power them. It sounds fine but at low volumes, I can hear this faint supercharger type whine through the speakers as I step on the gas. Any Ideas???

ok, after of not being able to find an OEM silver bumper, I figured I'd just find one at a junk yard in any color. Just wanted to know how should I go about preping the bumper for painting? what should I use to strip the paint? Im not painting or primering it, Im going to have the shop do that...
