    engine removal w/o tranny 95dx

you can also pull the whole passenger's side knuckle assembly and leave the axle nut intact. its a good time to replace the ball joints and bleed your brakes anyway.

How do i know if a car can handle forced induction?

A built Honda will still be a fwd tinny box, and not a nice car. 240sx's fall into this catagory as well, save for kouki s14s, but those are a long way from a 350z and hard to find. For the coin, id drove a c5 corvette over a 350z, but they are nice cars. Not everything is just about making a...

    how much change of HP?

An intake, header, exhaust, cam, and a tune may net you around 15 whp. . That will put you around the output of a stock ls motor, with less torque. A clutch will allow you to make more torque without having the clutch slip, but it will not add any power.

    D16Z6 Stock Turbo

I've built several turbo hondas and other vehicles, so I fit the already done it bill. Psi is meaningless unless you have a compressor map, a detailed list of the entire turbo setup and any other vehicle or engine mods. A small t25 turbo may need 9-10 psi to make 200 whp, and a large t3/t4 may...

    D16Z6 Stock Turbo

200 whp is a safe number for a daily driven turbo d. You can push more like 230-240 on a good tune, but you start to get to the limit of the stock ringlands and rod bolts at that point.

    coolant loss

Park the car on a flat surface and let it run for 30 mins, occasionally revving it and holding at cruising rpm. Look for leaks, you can use leak detector from any auto parts store to help see it, but at the amounts you're talking about it should be easy to see. Trace down the leak. I'd start...

2000 Civic Si Over Heating problem! HELP!

The thermostat regulates the coolant pumping to the radiator, which regulates the temperature of the coolant in the entire engine. you should not ever run without one. replace it, and you will probably fix your problem. bumping for help when you can't seem to help yourself will not stop your...

Undecided: Go with K-Series coupe/hatch or Turbo GSR

a k20 swap is a lot more than $1000 more than a gsr swap. and 6-7 k gets you the parts for a turbo gsr, but unless you're a pretty decent mechanic, a tuner with software, wideband o2, and a dyno at your disposal, and you have a car with a chassis set up with a drag suspension, traction bars...

The chassis code for the jdm civic hatch. But cus jdm is way cooler than what the car really is, people call all 6th gen civics "ek" Look closely at the swap, it looks like a poor quality hack job. The lack of battery tie down, loosely hanging wire across the firewall and plethora of cheap...

2000 Civic Si Over Heating problem! HELP!

Yikes. You can get one at any auto parts store. I suggest you step away from the car and take it to a mechanic. If this is your only mode of transportation, an overheating problem can quickly destroy your motor. Not knowing where to get basic maintenance parts is a bad omen for your vehicle if...
