    You should not need to roll your fenders. Just run 205-40-17 or 215-45-17 tires.

    If you go with spline drive you can also go with a set of Mcgard spline style locks.

    The 215-45-17 tires will work fine on 17x8 rims.

    what oil to use

    It does not really matter if it is a daily driver. I use castrol. The important thing is to change it when it is due.

    I am not sure on the clear but I am sure that you will want to use self etching primer. Check with your paint store for the base/clear combination.
