Haven't been on here in so long.....only new updates to my hatch are: Type-R shift boot, sidemarkers, splash guards, and 4 brand new Yokohamas. I'll post up a current picture when I can get a good one. Focus now is on mechanical upgrades.

the auto tranny in your car is already robbing power from the motor, now you want to boost that motor so the tranny can rob even more power? Do more research on turbo applications and auto-to-manual tranny swaps

jesus christ a 91 with only 75k? any coolant leaks? based off the info you gave, it could be any part of the cooling system that's malfunctioning

I'd think you'd want a new set of aftermarket motormounts if you're going to be boosting your motor. No sense in risking it with stock ones seeing as they weren't engineered for a turbo'd motor.

I've been looking into upgrading my D16's cam gear. Is it worth the $125? (I'm looking at the Skunk2 pro series.) Will I notice any power changes, or is the Skunk2 cam basically just OEM replacement?

Ah, no worries haha. Why don't you just keep saving and get an AEM cold air? And really, there's not much of a difference between AEM cold airs and short rams. In theory, a cold air is better because cold air can compress better than hot air, but it's not much of a difference.

I was just thinking, there's really no reason to upgrade once you get the AEM one. They work great and are reliable. What do you mean by upping it up?

Are your headlights working now or are they still messed up? Sounds like something went wrong inside your dash and possibly burnt through to the firewall. Give more info if you can.

AEM is not a cheap brand, it's a good brand. And yes it will fit.
