Okay due ill help ya out cause have an 05 as well, you have a couple different choices: type r style insert or could go for the grill that came on the coupe, unless you areadly have the coupe. last you could buy a mesh grille cutout.

So wait are you changing the whole trans, or just replacing the bearings? And you wouldn't need a high performance trans to handle the d17 probably the best thing would be a new tranny, or slightly used one out of another 7 gen.

Yeah it sure does, i just did it with my 05s lights, just put them in the over at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, take em out, pry em apart, paint em, put the housing back in to warm up the glue, the add some more sealent then slap em back together.

I was just curious if anyone here has turboed their D17, i have an 05 Civic, and had thought about doing swaps, but id rather just turbo my D17, cuase not many do it and i like being unique, also this is my daily driver so im not looking to build a race car out of it. So anybody running a turbo...

Yeah I've always preferred coupes but then again I drive an sedan, and I love it.

Howd you go about wiring them?, ive been meaning to put some on mine for a while, i thought about wiring them to my running lights/turn signals, but then when i went to use it my fogs would flash lol, so thats not an option.
