09 civic si "Engine Light"

I have 09 civic si and after I installed headers (Skunk2 Alpha) my engine light came on. Is this usually normal when headers are installed? And is it something I should be worried about or do I ignore?

Yes it's typical to have a cel with headers. Something you should be worried about not really besides your probably wasting extra fuel and not getting the most out of your investment. First I would follow boofoos advice and have the codes pulled and post them up. It will most likely say something about an o2 sensor. If it says something different it definitely needs to be looked into. Probably just needs a tune. If that's the case I would suggest a hondata handheld or go to a tune shop.
