1987 ac compressor leak.

Got this 1987 Honda from my wife’s 91 year old grandma who bought it from the dealer. Only has 70000 miles on it. A friend converted the ac and few months later the compressor started to leak. It’s seems to be from the top of the compressor. Is this something that can be fixed easily or do I just need to replace the ac compressor? If I do need to change the compressor how do you get to it?

most likely u will need to replace an oil seal, but it would be better if u will take a few pics of that place
