1995 civic ex 1.6 vtec gas gauge stuck on Full

Had this issue when I first got it, but since it's been cold it's moved some what. Sender unit? Or gauge? how could I test?

Giving this a bump as I have the same issue. However, mine is above "F" and has not moved.

You'll have to test the voltage going to the sending unit.
