1996 Honda Civic Hatchback AC/IDLE

My idle sits at 750rpm. When I turn the ac on it goes way down almost turning off but when I'm driving and stop it does turn off. Any suggestions? Comments. Plz help.

Try cleaning your IACV. When's the last time the car has had a tune up? Plugs, wires, etc?

Recent it was rebuilt cuz it was a swap
