2000 4-door Sedan, Manual TXL (5-speed) Value

I've a 2000 Civic in mint condition (minus engine surface corrosion from water). It's a 5-speed manual, 4-door sedan, black with stock steel wheels with original wheel covers. How much might I be able to get for this buggy?

More details: 298,000 miles, brand new exhaust, brand new engine seals all throughout, brand new brakes (front to back, top to bottom), brand new struts (front and rear), all new front bushings, tie rod ends. Interior is immaculate, undercoating maintained yearly.

Water pump/timing belt done?

Even with the work, it still has over 1/4 million miles on it.
I wouldn't list it for much more than $2500, hope for $1500.
