2002 civic passenger side power front window not working

all the other windows working fine. window is currently closed. both switches have no effect. I have found a blown fuse and replaced it but still the same thing. I also hooked up a used pw motor and regulator and it seems it got no power when I turn on the switched. Any help is very much appreciated!

Try using a voltmeter to test at different points in the harness. If you keep blowing fuses, you may have a short somewhere.
