Hey guys,

I have a friend who is having some dash troubles with his 2009 civic EX-L.

All gauges above the steering wheel are lit up (so they're getting power), but are all zeroed out. Any ideas?

thanks in advance

Nobody has any ideas? Could it be a fuse of some sort? or any other hunches?

Does the car run? Drivable?

I'm pretty much just throwing darts in the dark here, but I figure some feedback is better than none...
If it is drivable and runs, the problem might be just communication between the ECM and the display. I'm guessing the ECM is getting signals/feedback from all the sensors, and it's just not getting to the display(gauge cluster or however you want to call it for the new civics).

I would start by checking the communication wires between the ECM and the display for continuity. Should be White(#36), Red(#37), and Pink(#44), according to ALLDATA.

Yea, everything else runs just fine.

Ok, I think it might already be beyond our capabilities... which is one thing that I wanted to know. Thanks for your help Kensai!
