93 Civic Si Hatchback

So I've got a 93 Si hatchback, manual, 100% stock with only 103K miles on it. The whole time I've had the car, people wherever I go offer to buy it, but I haven't been interested in selling. I'm not trying to sell it now, either, not yet, but I would love to have some sense of the value of this thing. All told, it's in good running condition; it has a few problems here and there, but the moving parts pretty much move without issue. I get the sense that an unmodified one of these is pretty rare at this point.

So I suppose my question is this: what do you think a fair price for this thing would be? Or even better, what would a really interested buyer pay for it?

I hope I'm not violating the rules or something by asking this outside of the sales forum. I don't much use the internet or whatever, so, you know, apologies if necessary.

Thanks!

Pictures and details would help determine value.
What maintenance has been done to it, if any?
Burn or leak oil?
Body rot?
What's broke on it?
Interior condition (pictures)
