94 Civic Electrical Problem After Installing HID lights

Hello, I just install my HID lights to my Honda civic 94 and I have a problem with the lightning system, the right turn signal blinks very fast (Inside and Outside) and also the dashboard light and speedometer lights reacts when I press the brake pedal. (All of these problems occurred after installing the HID lights which I have install before in different type of cars) All fuses are working well.

NEED HELP WITH THIS!

Strange. You have three wires on your headlight plug, ground low beam, high beam. Shouldn't be tied to anything else. What kit are you using?

yes, I did, but the problem still no fixed!

Yes, I re-installed the fabric bulb but I didnt work. The HIDs Im using are Xentec.
