98 Honda civic hx

So I have a 98 civic hx, the car caught fire, melted the harness along with a bunch of others, pulled motor cleaned everything got a new harness, put it all in and obd2 scanner can’t correspond with the ecu, bought a new ecu and same thing, also have zero fuel and zero spark, any ideas?

Check your grounds to start with. When grounds are in the correct location with a good contact then you can start testing circuits for systems that still do not function.
