Hey so I have a 1999 EX and the ac is not working. It is still blowing cold if I turn on the ac, however it doesn't push it out unless I'm driving with the air coming from outside. It does make a lot of clicking and clacking sound as if the fan is trying to work to push the air. Is it just a bad fan or what else do you thing the problem could be.
