Aftermarket steering wheel HELP!(2000)

i unfortunately cut out the srs reel off and a harness holding it in place leaving me with one harness and the other wires which belonged to the harness i cut out, which i believe is a positive and negative cable since its just 2 cables (horn perhaps, not sure). i would like to install my horn and turn off the srs light that has been on ever since i installed the steering wheel; however not by just removing the bulb, i know there is a way of confusing the system to believe there is a airbag through a 2.2 Ohm resistor but again i dont know what cables i would have to connect the resistor to. anyone if you could assist me it would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

if it helps i have a honda civic 4dr ex 2000

When disassembling the panels to get to the cables that were left behind I was encountered with 2 cables in which one had a harness which was black and the other I had cut off
