No it's good I would just rather get what I really want in the car the first time instead of swapping them later. Can't find a single hydro b16 or gsr in the state that's in good condition. I did find this gem, and I'm debating on driving to Atlanta to get it this weekend. He's asking $450 freshly rebuilt with carbon 4th gear syncro

Ah I see, I'm just really scared of buying engines and transmissions from random people that I don't actually see inside or see it work.

you can atleast spin a trans by hand to see if it works, or if it locks up.

Well Idk if the ls I bought is good or not. I've met the guy a few times at local meets so I trusted him on it. But found out its a 90/91 ls so I'm just gonna get a b16 if I can find one. Decided I'm not going to ATL fr the trans, guy won't take any more pics for me or meet me anywhere so I'm not taking the chance
