I'm going to have to agree with redline on this one..might look good from far away but up close not so much. Even OEM ones will have a bad fit since OEM ones are not meant to be installed with a rear lip. As long as you like it
It's only better in the sense that you'd better take those off.
But seriously, decide what you want. Lip or mudflaps. If you want mudflaps, lose the lip and go get OEM.
I'll even admit, when I got my lips I bought an extra set of OE mudlfaps(so I wouldn't destroy my painted ones) just to see if I could make them fit over the lip... no sir. Looks silly, even if you get it perfect. And this is coming from a guy who really likes mudflaps for some reason.
