I would like feedback from all. Any items or info that you have or can find would help me out. Intersted in making an AWD 2DR civic(89). This would require that I find a junked AWD 5speed , buy it , examine it and then attempt it.

That would take extensive Chasis modification. Plus not really worth the trouble to do it.
