So my car is due for an oil change, all i could do for her right now is drain a quart of oil and replace it with hyper-lube high mileage oil supplement. I want to go away from oil additives and run pure high mileage oil. Ive narrowed it down to the following
Penzoil
Castrol
Valvoline
Mobile1

But I want to know what you guys use for your high mileage vehicles
My car has 269,000 as of yesterday......

Valvoline is a good oil. O'Reilly's name brand oil is actually made by Valvoline as well so that's not a bad one to go with for cheap.

Penzoil is not good. It's a waxy oil that builds up sludge very easily. And you don't want to make your old girl work any harder than she should ;)
