Best timing belt and water pump brand

Is this the best timing belt and water pump kit for a 99 civic without paying 3 times the amount for OEM? Also what else should I change while I'm in there? I need to do the valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket, can I please get recommendations for which brand to go with? Thank you

For $100 more, i'd stick with the OEM timing belt and water pump.
