Broken hood release latch.

I have a 99 lx with a broken hood release handle, any ideas on a good replacement!?

I feel like he's talking about the hood release under the steering wheel. It's a common problem. Just find a t handle tap wrench, cut some of the plastic away and tighten the wrench around the rod.

Check this site out http://www.epictuning.com they have a billet replacement handle that should last forever lol and looks cool.

Just ordered the epic tuning latch. Mime broke this morning.

fixed mine today with a Thomas & Betts splicer reducer, max: 1/0 STR, min: 14AWG wire, barcode 7 83786 37248 5. It was easy except for trimming the plastic because I kept the plastic in place as I was trimming.
Cost me about $2 at my local hardware store.

Really wish they still had those billet hood releases. They aren't on the site anymore. Mine just recently broke haha.
