Going either b series or k series from scratch is right around the same price point give or take bit depending on part availability and how EXTREEEMME!! You plan on going or wat the overall goal of the car is. Keep in mind suspension work may come into play ie coil overs or bushings. My integra is k swapped and I love it n/a bit in my personal opinion nothing looks better in an ef chassis than a “factory swapped” b series (si, gsr, itr)
