I just replaced radiator after lasting 10 years(busted plastic at the bottom somehow) , thermostat on 95 Civic. The problem is i keep finding coolant on the fan shroud after driving. Could this be caused by air in the cooling system forcing coolant out the cap or overfull coolant system? I don't have any white smoke and the oil seems to look ok. Very puzzled. Radiator is a Murray from O'reilly.

Is the radiator cap screwed to the fully locked position? Sometimes aftermarket caps are difficult to fully close.

And after replacing the radiator or thermostat or doing any cooling system work, you must bleed air from the system.

To bleed the cooling system, skip steps 3-7 in the diagram below.

This is the cap came on the new radiator and is closed. I did burp it at idle and rasied the rpms a few times until it seemed the air bubbles were mostly diminished with a spill free funnel for quite some time. I can't find a bleeder on this car. Thanks for your help!
