Canadian km/h SI/SIR cluster

Does anyone know where I can find a 98-00 Canadian km/h SI/SIR cluster?
It has to fit a ’98 Civic DX

Would it work if you bought an American cluster off ebay or whatever, then put an indiglo face on thats in Kph? My local parts reclamation center (scrap yard) quoted me $100 plus tax for an SI cluster.

Also, I read somewhere on here that you can remove the speedo part from the rest of the cluster. So if thats true you could buy just any SI cluster and swap in your old speedo.
