Check engine light won't go off

Hello All, had my Civic in for some other work and had them (dealership) run the code for the check engine light that had been on for some time (there was no change in performance or anything so I delayed). They said it was the O2 sensor but did not specify which. I replaced both up and down-stream sensors and removed the computer fuse to reset the code. The light went off and all was well for about a month until the light just came back on. Same deal, no change in performance or anything noticeable, but am assuming its the same problem? Anything that can be checked or trick to completely clear the code? Could the issue that would throw an "O2 sensor" code be more than just replacing both units?
Many thanks!

Never assume the code is the same. Stop down to your local parts store and borrow a code reader. Then you'll know =P
