Chirping noise under the hood

Soo I’ve been having my 99 civic ex coupe for about a month now & it’s been having a loud chirping noise at cold starts & when accelerating, iwould like to know exactly what it can be? Side notes igot the car with no ac belt & a slight power steering leak. Any suggestions would help, Thank you!

Could be the power steering belt or the actual pump itself, have you tried to track down the sound?

Yeah & it indicates me to where the power steering belt is at... I checked it yesterday & ifound the belt loose, but there is also a leak by the pump?. Can it be the PS pump?

Can it be the PS pump?

Pumps go bad over time, pumps can go bad if there is a lack of fluid, and if it's leaking, is it low on fluid?
