Bake the headlights and rip that piece out yourself.

Use caulk from any hardware store to seal em back up.

its not hard at all. this is for a 96-98 hatch

1. remove the front bumper (4 screws)
2. remove the bulbs from the headlight
3. take out the headlight (4 screws)
4. put the headlight in the oven around 250 degrees for 5-10 minutes
5. use a hairdryer for parts that aren't all the way softened and pry the headlight apart using a screw driver
6. once open remove the orange cup and reflective strip
7. close them back up by using the oven and hair dryer again. BUT make sure they are completely sealed closed or else you will get condensation in your headlights.
8. put the headlights and bumper back on your car

the finished result

it shouldn't melt anything if you do it at 250 degrees. If you have the patience, use a heat gun, that works just as well, just takes a little longer.

When you put them in the oven, put then on a piece of wood. DO NOT put them on metal such as a baking sheet because that can get very hot and could melt the lights.

If you take em apart to clear em out, paint the inside black!!! those look good IMO. :thumbs up:
