you know you regular coil overs right??? the sleeves...well, Im wondering...if I was to take out the adjustable part of it and just leave the spring how low would the height be? would it be the max of 4" or min of 1"? And would this effect the spring rate of the coils? would it increase my spring rate of 350lbs or lower it?

It won't fit right anyway ... the shock perches are tapered, so if you do this, it may damage either the perches or the springs. It may also result in a tilted spring.

yeah your spring sits on it, if you take it out the whole structure of the coilover is tilted. you wouldn't even be able to install it i bet.

thanks.....just curious...I just got some AGX shocks in and the perch where the coils sits on has a groove that goes down to fit springs perfectly.

You might also risk blowing your shocks because they can't handle a ride height that low.
