Some one who was trying to talk up a storm about his Honda and how he could race. I asked him what he had done and he named off maintenance and cut off exhaust and chipped ecu by hondata? 1998 Honda Civic lx I have the same car in its gutless dude. But is there such a thing. Without any head swaps. Just "after market" air intake.
