Have you checked the fuses to see if any of them where knocked out partially? That would have been a really big bump and she would of been going pretty fast to knock a fuse loose though can only get the ones in my 93 civic out with the fuse puller. Could also be the wiring harness for radio wiggles loose may not have been clipped all the way at the connection initially same with door locks or the clip broke but that would of been one hell of a bump and hit it going pretty fast.
