Difference between '96 and ' 99 itr?

I want to buy a B18C5 and at some places they sell the 96 B18C5 lower than a 99 B18C5. Is there any difference? Ive been searcing and I cant seem to find an anwer.

there was no B18C5 in 96, unless its JDM which would make it a B18C-R

ITR's were only here 97-01 in North America

Your right there is no R stamped on it, but if your such a know it all you should know that it is typically refered to as the B18C-R or the B18C Spec R so and not to confuse it with the usdm engines
