dude just spray paint onto the numbers than sand over it. since the numbers are tapped into the knob the sanding would take the extra paint off leaving the numbers painted

what you could do bro is use whatever you want for the numbers, and then spray over it with a can of clearcoat, just a thought
but im liking the idea of glow in the dark numbers
