Do Racers and Modifiers want '93 HBs?

Sorry for being a dumb amateur, but I'm wondering if my car might be of value to the people here, or if it's just a regular old car.

All original factory model......... 1993 Civic DX Hatchback, 108K original, Autotrans.... at this point, just a commuter's car.

But there's never been an accident, body and frame and such in great shape.

Should I be looking to sell this to enthusiasts, instead of the old lady down the street, or am I close, but not specifically what you need?

Sounds perfect for an enthusiast. Engine and Trans doesn't matter since it's most likely going to be swapped anyway, but an enthusiast would pay a decent amount more than an old lady down the street since they would be able to see the potential in a car like yours.
