Dose anyone use a DEI 508D Dual Zone Field Proximity Disturbance Sensor ???? Worth getting ?

I was thinking of adding this to my viper set up to give it alittle more to work with.

I would like it to beep if someone bumps the car or something but not be going off all the time and if someone walks by.

Let me know what you guys think and feel about this unit? Worth getting?

Thanks.

I have the 508, best sensor on the market. It doesnt need to be bumped to go off. If someone gets to close it will. Kept our car nice and safe last month.

I have a proximity sensor on my Clifford alarm, but I'm not sure what kind of sensor it is though... Looks good too!

I have that sensor on my viper alarm and it gets annoyin sometimes. I found the wind sets it off, lould cars and also the rain. It is a good sensor just takes time to get it set right so it doesn't go off all the time.
