Effects without catalytic converter on k24a3

Dear all, what would be effects of I am not able to find catalytic converter for my engine installed in a civic 1988.
Can anyone help in writing diagram for k24a3. Especially for fuel pump.

Higher exhaust emissions and an increased chance of not passing state inspection.



You want somebody to draw you a picture of your fuel pump?

No boss, the engine is in an civic 1988. Couldn't figure out the wiring through the ECU

There is no plan to visit US on my civic from Pakistan yet. So other than passing inspection, is there any other effect?
