Em1 Lights

I just purchased a new civic
it has some reflector lights on it
the guy gave me the original lights from before but with no wiring
can i just buy some 96-98 lights and take out the bulbs and put it on the 99 lights

I would put a picture up but i cant figure out how

there not fog lights there headlights....there halo lights

Oh sorry misread the post. Are you trying to wire the halo lights or just the bulbs from the headlight?
