Engine code 13

On my 93 Civic sedan, it's been throwing this code (13) since I got it last year. I've replaced the MAP three times. But it still comes up. I've also replaced my distributor with a spectra brand. It does it after driving over 20 mins. Any ideas?

Reset the ECU to see if the the same code is thrown again.
To reset the ECU, pull out the 7.5A BACKUP fuse in the under-hood fuse box for 30 seconds, then re-insert it.
