I took it in to a local shop to have the Timing adjusted and the crank and Cam shaft sensor replaced and they tried to take advantage of me by saying a whole bunch of other things were wrong like the PCM was bad or are they poked a hole in my 4 mo old Cadillac converter cause they said it was bad so they had to replace it, finally after 2 weeks for what was supposed to be A-day job I said I'm coming to get my car I'm taking it today they said OK come pick it up it's ready I got about Stan miles out and it just started dying. had to have it towed back to the shop and they told me that the bottom part of the motor is bad & that I needed a new engine. I Believe they emptied the oil and forgot to put it back in

Sounds like you could win in small claims court against the shop. File a claim.

It's not made by Cadillac, it's a catalytic converter.

You may have a small claims court case, but you'd need to prove it.
